This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Monsieur le Prince between Rue Racine and Boulevard Saint-Germain.
Set in one of the most attractive and historic areas of the Left Bank and parallel to the north side of the exceptional Luxembourg Garden and the Palais du Luxembourg, this street is in short walking distance to Saint Germain des Près, the Seine, and to the Quartier Latin. Nearby are the select open-air markets of the rue Buci, and the famous Deux Magots and Café de Flore, both favorite haunts of existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day. There are elegant boutiques, cinemas, fine restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 45m2 (approx 485 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 17th century building with elevator.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into another hall with staircase. The elevator is located on the first floor.
The entrance door opens into a small hall, which links the living room and open kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) living room has two windows with southern exposure and two with eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, two poufs, a closet, a stereo, a dining table and chairs, as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with four induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, a combo microwave/oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a combo washing machine/dryer.
The 14m2 (approx 150 sq ft) bedroom has two windows with eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed and two bedside tables, a large closet and a console surmounted with a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Odéon (line 4).
