A studio apartment on the Place des Vosges

Neighborhood:
This furnished studio apartment is exceptionally situated on the Royal Place des Vosges; between the Saint Paul neighborhood and the famous Bastille area of Paris. It is in one of the most select parts of the Marais facing the oldest square in Paris.
The Royal Place des Vosges was originally named the Place Royale. At ground level, a number of harmonious arcades surround the square, all with red brick and stone facings. Many historical personalities lived here, such as the novelist Victor Hugo. His former residence, at number 6, is now a museum. Many museums, art galleries, select restaurants, and pleasant cafes are near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 270 sq.ft.) studio is located on the 3rd floor of a 17th century with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a courtyard. To the right hand side, there is a second door with a coded system and which opens into a hall with the staircase and elevator.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq.ft.) main room has concrete floor and a window with a view on "Place des Vosges. It is furnished with a double size bed, a desk, a TV, some shelves and built-in-closets.
The open kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a fridge, two electric burners and a toaster. There is also a bar with 2 stools.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a chemical toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are "Saint Paul" (line 1) and "Chemin Vert" (line 8).
