Neighborhood: This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Joseph de Maistre 75018 Paris between Rue Damrémont and Rue Eugène Carrière . Montmartre is a district inseparable from art. At the end of the 19th century, this area of Paris was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintained its physical charm and the village atmosphere remained remarkably intact. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, especially from the monumental Sacre-Coeur Basilica. One of Paris' most picturesque squares is the Place des Abbesses with its original Art Nouveau metro station. There are all sorts of essential shops and services near this accommodation. Premises: This 12m2 (approx 129 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 20th century walk up building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens onto a second gate, which leads into a hall. The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen. The 8m2 (approx 86 sq ft) living room has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a single bed, a desk and a chair, a closet, some shelves and a TV. The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a microwave, a mini stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a little bar in the kitchen area with a chair and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. Heat and hot water are both central. For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Lamarck-Caulaincourt (line12) and Blanche (line2).
