Neighborhood:
Situated in a little pedestrian street plenty of all sorts of restaurants and cafes. In a 5 minute walking distance is the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Boulevard Saint Germain, and, a little farther, the Sorbonne University. In the neighborhood there is a large choice of restaurants and cafes, number of fashion shops and others, cinemas, and supermarkets. This area is rich in tourist attractions such as the Sainte Chapelle, in the Law Courts, build under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248, Cluny's Thermae (from the 3rd century), Hotel de Cluny (from the 15th century), and Cluny Museum (from the19th century).
Charming southwest exposed duplex nest located on the 2nd French floor of a building from the 18th century having a security system. It can accommodate one couple and one single.
Featuring genuine beams on the 1.85m high ceiling, it has light roseate rubber protected walls, light bluish linoleum covered floor, and windows garnished with short curtains opening to the courtyard.
It is divided as follows:
On the first level is the 10m2 living room where are a corner pine wood dining table with a four places L-shaped seat and two chairs.
Open to the living room the kitchen space is equipped with 2 vitro ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a small fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a combo washing/drying machine, utensils and appliances stowed in the cupboards such as flatware, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board.
Also in this level the bathroom encloses a Plexiglas's shower cabin, a washbasin, and toilet.
A wooden flight of stairs lead to the open 10m2 mezzanine which ceiling is very low, about 1,35m high. There is a double bed, a double sofa bed (according to the owner not very comfortable for sleeping), a small closet/hanging closet, and a cable TV (CNN, BBC...).
There is also a high speed Internet connection available.
Heating and water heater are electric. Electricity is at the clients charge. The telephone is restricted to reception of calls.
