This furnished studio apartment is in Montparnasse in Paris. It is on the 6th floor of a 19th century building with elevator. Access to the building is granted through a coded system.

The apartment is ideal for a student. The space has been divided into a bedroom/ office area and a kitchen area. Amenities of this furnished apartment include electric hotplates, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Exposure of the apartment is southeast with a view on the courtyard.

This apartment is located on Rue de Gergovie close to the Rue Didot, well known for its many stores. A few blocks away from the apartment is the well known Tour Montparnasse which offers a 360° view of the city. Next to this tower, the Paris Montparnasse Train Station provides service for trains traveling west and south-west of Paris. This metro station, one of the biggest in Paris, is famous for its high-speed moving walkway. In the area you will also find the shopping center "Maine Montparnasse" with many clothing boutiques.
