Calm and functionnal apartment

Situated in a strictly residential street of the 14th arrondissement, in a 15 minutes distance to the Seine River, by metro, this studio is ideal for 2 people.
Its 25m2 are well divided, south exposed, located on the 3rd French floor, courtyard side of a large and well-maintained brick building having a security system, an elevator, and a fulltime concierge. Few minutes walking distance from the apartment is the Alesia area where are all kind of fashion shops, a lot of cinemas and its famous church. Montparnasse lively and trendy area with all its theaters, cinemas, restaurants, and nice cafes, as well as the 6th district and its elegant fashion stores are in a 10 minutes distance by the subway. The closest metro station is Alesia (line 4). Furthermore, some bus lines are also close to the apartment.
The whole studio has white walls, a wooden floor in the living room, and simple moldings on the ceiling. A little hall corridor having wooden shelves gives access to the living room and to the kitchen. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, a rectangular marble topped dining table with straw-bottomed chairs, small shelves, a small metallic drinks bar, a black piece of furniture with a large TV, and a window with net curtains on the courtyard side. To the left side of the living room is the small bathroom having a tiny bathtub with a wall-mounted shower, a washbasin, and toilet.
The separated kitchen is in front of the main door. It is equipped with a 4 electric hot plates stove, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer, and a window. It also has a stainless steel sink, and basic utensils.
There is a central heating and water heater.
Water is to be paid by the tenant according to use.
Subway access at Alesia (Line 4) or Porte d'Orleans (Line 4).
