One bedroom in apartment to Share near Place de la Republique

Apartment to share near Place de la Republique between Boulevard de Magenta and Rue de Lancry. This private bedroom is located in an 150m2 apartment on the first French floor of a walk-up building from the 19th century facing northwest and having a security code system and an intercom on premises. The private bedrooms can accommodate each one person. The layout is as follows: main entry hallway leads to the bathroom to the left followed by first bedroom and second bedroom and the kitchen and restroom are to the right. Back to main entry- a second hallway leads to the living room to the left side followed by a private bedroom and fourth main bedroom. There is a dressing area with built in closets and a small storage room to the right side. The kitchen, bathroom and restroom are on a share basis. The décor is modern with a touch of oriental. The walls in the hall are off-white and parquet floors. The bathroom walls have a combination of decorative black tiles with off-white paint and gray linoleum floor. The kitchen and restroom walls have cream color wallpaper and the floors have light cream tiles. The 15m2 bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen size bed (2 single beds adjoining), a marble non-working fireplace with a small mirror above it and a small round brass table in front. In addition there is a small table with reading lamp, a chair, a chest of drawers with a tiny fridge above it, a mobile plastic closet, a mirror, a cushion leather seat, a floor sitting pad with pillows, and area carpet and a window with curtains. The 16m2 second bedroom is furnished with a queen Loft bed, a desk with computer, printer, a reading lamp and two office chairs, shelves, a filing cabinet, a movable table, a wrought iron table and floor cushions. There is a display cabinet, a bookcase, wrought iron shelves with stereo system, a floor lamp, two area rugs, a brass coffee table, a chandelier and other decorative items. There is a built in closet in the dressing area for usage and a private small closet in the bedroom reserved for owner. The walls are done in a cream color, parquet wooden floor and there is a window exposed to the second hallway facing stained glass picture windows overlooking the courtyard The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric stove 3-burners with bottom oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a sink and a small table. There are built in cabinets and drawers containing the necessary kitchen utensils. The walls have cream color wallpaper with partial white tiles over the counter and cream color tiled floor and a window. The bathroom has a bathtub with manual showerhead, a separate shower cabin with sliding doors, a sink, a mirror, a bidet, a separate cabinet, a towel rack and a washing machine. The walls are off white with partial black decorative tiles and gray linoleum floor and a window. The separate restroom has a toilet, shelves and the walls have cream color wallpaper, cream color tiled floor and there is a small window. Eight broad boulevards run from La Madeleine to the Place de la Republique. The Grands Boulevards are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of "café" and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. They offer restaurants, bars, and the most known and elegant Parisian department stores, markets, and cinemas. The old-fashioned charm of the iron footbridges, survives along the old industrial Canal St- Martin, preserving the tree-lined quays, the inevitable fisherman, the river barges, and the still waters of the broad canal basins. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood. The closest metro station is Jacques Bonsergent (line 5) & Republique (lines 3, 8, 9, 11).
