We represent approximately 600 vacation rental apartments in Paris. All apartments are furnished and come supplied with sheets, towels and kitchen utensils. The apartments and the furnishings range from basic to luxurious. Our listings include studios, one- to four-bedroom apartments, as well as Hotels Particuliers.

The apartments are owned either by individuals - or in case of a sublet, leased by tenants - who make their homes available for rental when they are away, or by managing companies that can offer permanent availability. Most vacation rentals are available for stays from a minimum of 2 nights to a maximum of 1 month.
