Apartment with a 120m2 Garden near the Arc de Triomphe

This luxury 130m2 apartment is situated between Avenue Victor Hugo and avenue de la Grande Armée at only a few meters from the Arc de Triomphe in the heart of the very residential and chic Etoile area. This 3 bedroom apartment with its private 120m2 garden is ideally located at only a few minutes walk from the Champs-Elysées, and all the tourist spots of the area and at only a few bus stops from the commercial Victor Hugo neighborhood (shops, restaurants, supermarkets and open-market etc). This apartment is located on the ground floor of an 1880 well-maintained building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is concierge in the building. The apartment is north and south exposed and faces the garden and a calm courtyard. The walls are painted and there is parquet on the floor almost everywhere. There are diverse antiques, precious materials, and moldings in the most of the parts of the apartment. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a dining room with two large mirrors, antique armchairs and paintings and a dining table. The dining room opens onto the 70m2 living room and a large bedroom, which have both their own entry doors but communicate with each other through two other doors. This room gives onto the garden. A long corridor on the left-hand side of the entry hall gives access to the kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a 14m2 bedroom. The second bedroom has a window facing the courtyard. It is fitted with a double bed (140 wide), two bed side tables with small lamps. Facing it is an antique wooden table and a cable TV. The third bedroom is downstairs (on the basement level) reachable by stairs. It is fitted with a double sofa bed (140 wide), a bookcase, and two chairs. The kitchen is all tiled and is fully equipped with the following elements: a microwave, an electric oven, four induction burners, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer (combo), a sink, a coffee maker and a toaster as well as all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine and dryer (combo). The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub with a handheld showerhead and a separate shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The other toilet is tiled and has a washbasin. A high speed internet connection is available. The nearest metro station is Charles de Gaulle Etoile (line 1,2&6) and RER A.
