Studio near the Place de la Republique

Located Between Boulevard St Martin and Rue du Château d'eau, this studio is located a few steps away from the Place de la Republique Area.
This 33m² studio is only 15 minutes away from les Halles, le Marais, the Opera, the Louvre and many other monuments of Paris. The nice and typical St Martin open market is down the street, with its fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese etc...The area boasts of cafes, restaurants offering food from all over the world.
This furnished studio is located on the third floor of a 20th century walk-up building.
The main entrance gate is protected by a security system.
The apartment is south - west exposed, facing a garden and a courtyard.
The windows are equipped with double-glazing. The apartment is tiled, except the living room which has wall to wall carpet, it has light gray painted walls.
In the small hallway, facing the entry door is the kitchen, and the living room is on the left-hand side.
The 16m² living room is furnished with a double (120 cm wide sofa bed), a single (90 cm wide) sofa bed, sets of built-in-wall shelves, a cableTV, a stereo, a dining table, and a wardrobe. The window has an exterior shade.
The separate and tiled kitchen has a window. It is fully equipped, with a small fridge, a stainless-steel sink, two electric burners, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a boiler, a toaster and all the utensils.
The shower room is communicating with the kitchen. It is tiled and it has a window.
It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a shower. The shower has a wall-mounted showerhead and a plastic curtain.
Central heating and water heaters are individual and electric.
Wireless internet access is available.
The nearest metro stations are: Republique Line 3-5-8-9-11 and Strasbourg St Denis Line 4-8-9.
