Three bedroom apartment in the Marais district
|
Located between Rue Vieille du Temple and Rue des Ecouffes, this large and typical 3 bedroom apartment is situated in one of the most famous street of the Marais area, in the heart of the historical jewish parisian neighborhood.
This historic offers diverse sorts of shops, number of selected, international, and basic restaurants, and pleasant cafes. In a few steps is the charming royal Place des Vosges known for its arts galleries and, among others, for the house of the famous French novelist Victor Hugo (Les Miserables), where he lived from 1832 to 1848. At a 10 minutes walking distance, you will find the Place de la Bastille, symbol of French Republic, one of the most important points of interest to be visited. All kinds of services are found in the neighborhood.
This 80m2 three-bedroom apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a well-maintained 17th century walk-up building. The apartment is protected by an intercom. The exposure is south and the apartment is in the attic, it has painted walls and parquet floor almost everywhere and beams on the ceilings.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a large entry hall with a bookcase, a rug, and a separate toilet with a small washbasin. The entry hall opens on the left hand-side on the 35m2 living and dining room area with its open-kitchen. On the right-hand side of the entry hall is a 9m2 bedroom and on the left hand-side a bathroom. On a first floor reachable by stairs is the second 9m bedroom still in the attic.
The living room has three windows and a skylight and is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table, two wooden armchairs, shelves unites, a cable TV, a stereo, a telephone and a dining table and its matching chairs. There are diverse decorative items all over the place.
The first bedroom has two windows and is furnished with a queen size bed, two closets (one is in wood), an armchair and decorative items on a wooden chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is available for one adult and one children. It is furnished with a single bed.
A third bedroom upstairs has two skylights, carpet on the floor and is fitted with a singlle bed and some shelves with children toys on it. Next to this room, there is a small office with a desk, a chair and a skylight .
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has parquet on the floor. It has a microwave, an electric oven, three electric burners, a fridge and freezer (combo), a dishwasher, a ceramic sink, a coffee maker and a toaster as well as all the necessary utensils.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet.

The nearest metro station is Saint-Paul (Line 1).
