Be aware that there are 2 cats living in the apartment
Located between Les Halles and Rue de Rivoli, this charming and warm decorated apartment with beams and wood floor is just a few steps away from Les Halles and the Hotel de Ville.
Excellent location, close to Chatelet les Halles, to the Louvre Museum, Place des Victoires and the Jardins du Palais Royal. It takes a few minutes to go to the Seine River and the nice Jardin des Tuileries. This live area abounds in restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. All the services can be found, such as the famous Rue Montorgueil market, and supermarkets, which are a few minutes away.
This 37m² one bedroom apartment plus a 12m² terrace is situated on the fourth floor of a 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street (eastern exposure) and the courtyard (western exposure). It has wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled.
The entry door opens on the living room. On the right-hand side are the bedroom and its communicating bathroom. On the left-hand side are the living room and the communicating kitchen. From the living room is the access to a charming 12m² private terrace.
The 20m² living room has two french doors, with manual shutters, facing the street. It is furnished with a piano, 2 sofas, a coffee table, shelves, a cabled flat TV and DVD, a stereo and a phone.
A computer and Internet access are also available.
The 9m² bedroom has a window, with double-glazing, facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a (140-cm wide) bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wall wardrobe.
The open kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, 4 vitro-ceramics electric burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the utensils.
The bathroom is accessible by the bedroom and has a window facing the courtyard, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bath with a handheld showerhead and a plastic curtain, a toilet and a washing machine.
The nearest metro station is Chatelet (Line 1, 4, 7, 11 & 14) and RER A and B.
