Neighborhood:
Located between Boulevard St. Martin and Rue Reaumur, this apartment is situated just a few steps away from the Republique, the artistic and trendy Oberkampf area, and the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. It is also a short walk to the Place de Vosges, the Bastille and the Seine River.
Premises:
This 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) studio apartment is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained, pre-war, walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and leads to a courtyard with a coded security system. The main room faces a quiet courtyard (west exposure). It has white painted walls and one wall made of stone, tiled floors throughout and exposed beams on the ceiling.
The entry door opens directly into the 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) main room. On the right are the open kitchen and the bathroom.
The main room has two windows with Venetian-style shutters. It is decorated with a double-size sofa bed, chairs, a carpet, a cupboard, a stereo, a TV and a phone.
The open kitchen is equipped with a bar, two electric hot plates, a stainless steel sink, a small refrigerator and utensils.
The bathroom has a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead and a plastic curtain, a washbasin topped by a mirror, and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Republique (Lines 3,5, 9,8,11) or Temple (Line 3).
