Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located in a tourist area that is walking distance from some of the biggest Parisian stores such as Printemps. It is only a few steps from the Opera Garnier and from the luxurious Place Vendome, where the most renowned jewelers are located. Also close by are important points of interest such as the Louvre, the Seine, Place de la Concorde, and the beautiful Champs Elysées Avenue. Around this accommodation there are fashionable shops, gorgeous restaurants, very nice cafés, and other assorted services. Premises: This 42m2 (approx. 450 sq. ft.) flat is situated on the fifth floor of a Haussmanian building with an elevator, protected by a coded system. There is cocoa carpeting on the floor throughout, white walls and wooden beams. The separate shower room and the WC are tiled. It faces west on the street side and there is a 10m2 (approx. 105 sq. ft.) terrace facing east over the Opera Garnier on the courtyard side. The main door opens to the 13m2 (approx. 135 sq. ft.) living/dining room with a kitchen in the corner and a glass door opening onto the terrace. The separate WC is under a wooden spiral staircase. On the right side is the 14m2 (approx. 150 sq. ft.) bedroom with the bathtub and separate shower room. The staircase leads from the living/dining room to the 8m2 (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom under the roof. The living/dining room has a window and a glass door. It is furnished with a leather sofa, a dining table with two chairs and a wooden bar with two stools and a cable TV. The kitchen corner is equipped with two electric plates, a refrigerator, an electric oven, a sink and a washing machine. The glass door opens onto the terrace with potted plants and a marble table. The 14m2 (approx. 150 sq. ft.) bedroom has two windows and a double-size bed (140 wide). There is a tub in the room, a large closet and a little stereo. There is also a separate shower room with a washbasin topped by a mirror, a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead and a bidet. The second bedroom has a low ceiling and a velux window. It is furnished with a futon bed (140 wide), a shelf, and a chest of drawers. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Madeleine (lines 8, 12, 14), Auber (RER A), Opera (lines 8, 7 and 3), and Havre-Caumartin (line 9).
