Comfortable studio in Trocadero area

Comfortable 18m2 studio apartment located in a calm strictly residential street situated in one of the most selected areas of Paris, very near the Trocadero Place and esplanade from where is the best view of the unique Tour Eiffel built more than 100 years ago on the beautiful Champs de Mars.
The majestic Arc de Triomphe placed in the middle of the famous Place de l'Etoile is in a short distance. It has a remarkable alignment with the Obelisk situated Place de la Concorde, the Carroussel and the Pyramide du Louvre on one side, and the Arche de la Defense on the other side. In the vicinity diverse sorts of fashionable shops, fine restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of services are easily found as well as the Passy mall and a theater.
This apartment is situated on the garden level of a 1980's walk-up and well-maintained building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there are also an intercom and a concierge in the building.
The walls are painted and there is carpeted floor almost everywhere. The apartment faces a flourished courtyard.
It is divided as follows: the entry door opens directly onto the main living space with its small open kitchen. On the right hand-side of the entry door is a bathroom and toilet. Facing it is a separate closet.
The living room has a window facing the courtyard and is tastefully decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a dining table and its matching chairs, shelves and a stereo and cable TV.
The open kitchen has wooden floor and is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a small fridge, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and a toaster and a small washing machine.
The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a shower with a plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and an electric toilet (sanibroyeurr).
Wireless internet access is available.
The nearest metro stations are La Muette (line 9) and Trocadéro (line 9&6).
