Just 15 minutes walking distance is the Place de la Bastille where you will find the Opera de la Bastille, considered as one of the best opera houses in the world. This apartment is located on the 10th floor of a 1970's building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by two security systems and there is a concierge in the building as well.
The apartment is east and south oriented and has a nice view with no vis-à-vis over the Père Lachaise. There is carpeted floor almost everywhere except in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

It is equipped with a bar table and stools, a microwave, three vitro ceramic burners, a fridge, a dishwasher, a sink, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also washing machine and dryer (combo). There is a large closet, hairdryer, iron and iron board are provided.

The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a French bidet and toilet is separate.
