Spacious one-bedroom apartment in la Villette area

Neighborhood:
Located between Avenue de Flandres and Rue Archereau, this spacious, furnished one-bedroom apartment is in a Parisian neighborhood next to the Bassin de la Vilette and its promenade. It is just a few minutes away from Avenue de Flandres with its shops and services. Not far from this accommodation are the cinema on the Quai de la Seine, which is set up in an old pier installation, and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, which is the largest park in Paris.
The 60m² (approx. 645 sq. ft.) apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a 20th century walk-up. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces a school courtyard and is northeast exposed.
Premises:
The apartment entrance opens into a small hallway, which leads to the bathroom on the right, the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen in front. The apartment has painted walls and wood floors except for the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled.
The 24m² (approx. 255 sq. ft.) living room has two windows. It is furnished with sofas, a stereo and a phone. A bar with four modern stools is located before the kitchen entrance.
The open kitchen is located in a recess and has a window. It is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, an electric oven, a cooker hood, an electric hotplate and three gas burners, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the necessary utensils.
The 24m² (approx. 255 sq. ft.) bedroom has two windows and is styled in a Japanese decor. It has a 140cm-wide bed and the possibility of putting a futon on the floor. There is also a spacious closet with mirrored doors.
The bathroom has a window, a washbasin with a mirror, a bathtub with a handheld showerhead and a toilet.
Hot water and central heating are individual with gas.
The nearest metro station is Crimée (line 7).
