Modern studio in the Les Halles area

Located Rue Montorgueil between Rue Etienne Marcel and Rue Reaumur, this charming studio apartment is a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous Montorgueil Area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Seine River, to the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, to the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the historic most known parks in Paris there is a fine perspective - the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction. The Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass' pyramid of the Louvre in the other.
This 24m2 studio is situated on the ground floor of a 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the second door has a security system as well. You enter into a nice and flowered courtyard that gives access to the studio. It is northwest oriented, has stone wall and two windows protected by curtains. It has wooden floor except in the kitchen and the bathroom that are tiled.
The door opens on the 20 m2 living room on the left hand side; on the right hand side is the kitchen and the bathroom. You access the kitchen level by a step.
The living room is equipped with a leather sofa bed (140cm wide) a coffee table, an antic chest of closet, two armchairs a computer desk, a chair, a cabled TV with DVD and a stereo.
The open modern kitchen has a stainless steel sink, 2 vitroceramic burners, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker and a bar.
The bathroom is furnished with a cabin shower with a wall mounted shower head, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
The nearest metro stations are: Chatelet-Les Halles (lines1, 4, 11) and Etienne Marcel (line 4) At Chatelet-Les Halles is the RER (line B direct to the Charles de Gaulle Airport, lines A, D).
