Located between Rue du Commerce and Rue de la Croix Nivert, this 38m² one bedroom-apartment is a few steps away from numerous shops and services in this commercial area. Bordering the area of Invalides where everything is on the monumental scale. Starting from the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire, the Parc du Champs de Mars stretches down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The avenues around the Tower are lined with luxurious buildings, some in the Art Nouveaux style, and numerous embassies. The Eiffel Tower originally built to impress visitors to the Universal Exhibition of 1889, was meant to be temporary, La Tour Eiffel is now the symbol of Paris. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment is facing the street and a garden. The entry door opens on a hallway leading to the bedroom with its en suite bathroom on the left-hand side and the living room in the end. There is wall-to-wall carpet everywhere except for the kitchen, the bathroom and the separate toilet, which are tiled and painted walls. The 20m² living room has two double glazed windows with manual shutters. It is furnished with a bed (90cm wide), a dining table with matching chairs, a cable TV with combo VCR, a phone and a stereo. The open and separate kitchen has 4 electric burners, a microwave combined with a grill, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine combined with a dryer. The 10m² bedroom has 2 double-glazed windows with manual shutters; it is furnished with a 140cm wide bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which has a window, is tiled. It has a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Commerce (line 8) & Emile Zola (Line 10). Heating with the building, water heater individual and electric.
