Located between The Parc Monceau and the Batignolles area, this 42m² one bedroom apartment is just a few steps away from the Park Monceau and its nice gates. The famous Avenue des Champs-Elysées is also in a short walking distance as well as the Galleries Lafayette and the Printemps department store.
This corner apartment is situated on the first floor of a 1900's elevator building.
The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom.
The exposure is south and it faces the street side.
