One bedroom apartment in the 6th District
|
Very well located, between Rue de Fleurus and Rue Vavin.
Bordering the splendid Luxembourg Garden this mostly residential street neighbors the renowned Montparnasse district prized by great artists and writers such as Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani, and Hemingway in the 1920s and 1930s, also known as the theater district, most of them on Rue de la Gait. This area is the home of tallest Paris.s office tower, Tour Montparnasse, from which top there is a magnificent view over the capital. There are all sorts of selected shops and conveniences in the area.
Located on the 3rd floor of a pre-war 20th century building having a security system, an intercom, and a narrow elevator, this 27m2 one bedroom apartment is east exposed All white painted, it has a nice herringbone patterned floor, 2,50m high ceilings, and windows garnished with curtains facing a small street.
First a little hall having a built in closet gives access to the living room at the right side, to the lining eat-in-kitchen, and to the bedroom and bathroom to the left side.
In the 9m2 living room a table is placed between a 1.40cm wide Futon sofa bed and a sofa for two, both facing a tiny coffee table and the combo TV-VCR. Besides, there is an antique desk, a built in cabinet, a chair, and a window.
Internet access is available.
Furnished with a queen size bed with one bedside table and lamp, the bedroom encloses an open clothes rail and fabric cases, a small cabinet, a chair, and a window.
The eat-in-kitchen is freshened by a window, equipped with four electric burners, a hood with fan, an oven with microwave function, a small fridge, a pull out small table and two chairs, number of cupboards containing the necessary utensils, a round stainless steel sink, a coffee maker and a toaster.
White tiled and painted the bathroom is fitted out with a bathtub and wall-mounted showerhead, protected by a plastic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin installed on the worktop under which there is a washing machine. Toilet is separated.
The closest metro stations are Notre Dame des Champs (line 12), Rennes (line 12), and Saint Placide (line 4).
