Situated between rue Boulevard Voltaire and Avenue Ledru Rollin.
Number of passageways give much charm to this traditional Parisian district situated a few steps away from the historic Place de la Republique, Place de la Bastille, where is the new Opera considered as one of the best in the world, and the unique harmonious Place des Vosges. This neighborhood provides number of trendy cafes, art galleries, international restaurants, nightclubs, and other live places playing diverse music rhythms. There also are very interesting and typical open air' markets offering quality farm produces, among others the famous French cheeses, wines, games, and pastries, as well as other conveniences.
South exposed and overlooking the street, this bright 28m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an entirely renovated 17th century former convent walk up building equipped with a security system and having a full time caretaker.
