This furnished apartment is located just a few steps from the Seine River on Rue Christine behind Quai des Grands Augustins. This area of Paris is known for its elegant, trendy streets and for the many stylish fashion shops, its traditional elegant mall, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. A few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain are the ravishing Luxembourg Garden and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also near this accommodation are quality services such as fine bakeries, select supermarkets, and the well-known daily open-air market.
Premises:
The 48m² (approx. 515 sq. ft.) furnished one-bedroom is on the third floor of a 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor with a second door, also protected by an intercom. This leads to the staircase.
Upon entering the apartment, there is a small entrance which has a window. The living room and bedroom are on the left and the bathroom and kitchen are opposite.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room is tiled and has a window that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table with two chairs, an armchair, some shelves and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a TV.
At the entrance there are two built-in closets, one of which contains a dryer.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting and two windows with curtains that overlook the same courtyard as the living room. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a desk, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair topped by shelves.
The separate kitchen has a window and it is equipped with two electric plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. A small table with a stool allows for eating in the kitchen.
The tiled bathroom has a window and is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Odéon (line 4 and 10) and Saint Michel (line 4).
