Situated in the heart of the Latin Quarter, between Place de la Contrescarpe and rue Clovis. Ideally set between Pantheon-Sorbonne University, the exquisite Luxembourg Garden, and the so sweet Contrescarpe Place, where almost begins the rue Mouffetard with its typical cafes, traditional and international restaurants, and famous open-air market. Saint Germain des Près, the Seine quays, Isle Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Botanical Gardens are in a short walking distance. Besides, this spot is very convenient merci the various handy shops such as bakeries and cake shops, video clubs, drugstores, and dry cleaners, and a communal swimming pool overlooking the Pantheon's gardens, among other conveniences.
