Comfortable one bedroom apartment in Saint Germain des Pres

In the Luxembourg Garden neighborhood, situated between Boulevard Saint Michel and rue de Vaugirard.
Parallel to the north side of the exceptional Luxembourg Garden with its magnificent alleys and pool, as well as the Palais du Luxembourg, this street is in a short walking distance to Saint Germain des Près, to the Seine River, and to the Quartier Latin. In the neighborhood there are elegant boutiques, cinemas, fine restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops.
Classy 65m2 duplex one-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a 18th century walk up building provided with a security system and a full time caretaker, it is southwest exposed facing the very calm green courtyard garden. It has light gray painted walls, herringbone patterned floor, and the 2,20m to 4,10m high ceilings show white painted genuine beams and built in spotlights.
The 40m2 living room is fitted out with a sofa, a resting sofa, a rectangular coffee table, a decorative fireplace, a finely dressed up round table, two lengthwise wall mounted tables, four folding chairs, recessed closet and wall shelves, a cable-TV set down on a wall shelf ( DVD player to be installed), a stereo, a telephone/fax, lamps, paintings, and three windows ornate with pleasing curtains overlooking the courtyard.
The kitchen open space is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners, a traditional electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, a combo fridge-freezer, a microwave, a white ceramic sink fit on the stainless steel worktop, a combo washing-drying machine, electric coffee maker and kettle, a toaster, in addition to the shelves and drawers containing the necessary utensils.
A flight of stairs up you will find the 14m2 mezzanine bedroom furnished with a 160cm wide double bed with bed head wall spotlights, a recessed closet and wall shelves.
Across the bedroom, the gorgeous roomy bathroom has choice wooden' floor, cabinets, and wide framed mirrors, a bathtub with handheld showerhead and a tiled shower cabin (no screen), two design white washbasins and ceiling lamps.
Toilet is separate.
High speed internet available.
The closest metro stations are Luxembourg (RER B), Odeon (lines 4 and 10), and Cluny la Sorbonne (line10).
