One bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

Very calm street situated between Avenue Victor Hugo and rue de Longchamp. Selected and elegant area of the 16th district close to the Eiffel Tower, which settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, to the Seine River, and to the Trocadero Place showing the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as a wide esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, selected restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood. Cosy and very calm this 41m² one-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a pre-war 20th century building equipped with a security system and a a full time caretaker and faces a calm green courtyard. It has off-white walls, a nice herringbone patterned floor, and 3m high ceilings. There are two built in closets and wall paintings in the hall. Sizing 17m2 the living room features a French window ornate with delicate pleasing curtains, fitted out with a 134cm wide single sofa bed, a rectangular wooden dining table and four matching chairs, a decorative fireplace, a cable TV with international channels set down on a cabinet, a telephone and a stereo. To the left side of the living room there is a small corridor showing ceiling built in spotlights, wall shelves, and a wall mirror. At the bottom of the corridor, to the right side, the 12m2 bedroom is furnished with a 160cm wide double bed, a fine floor lamp, a recessed closet with mirror sliding doors, and a window garnished with light curtains. Private to the bedroom the marble tiled bathroom encloses a tiled shower cabin protected by a glass sliding screen, a white ceramic washbasin with a large mirror above and a cabinet below, and toilet. Next to the living room's window the kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners and a square white ceramic sink fit on the wooden worktop, a traditional electric oven, a fridge, an electric coffee maker, and a combo washing-drying machine. China and kitchen utensils are stowed away in the wall cupboards and shelves. There also is a window garnished with a short curtain. A vaccum cleaner is also available. The closest metro stations are Rue de la Pompe (line 9) and the RER C - Henri Martin.
