It was a wonderful stay welcomed by the owner [of the vacation rental] and he had everything prepared. The location is very conveniently located close to the center [of Paris].
It was a lovely apartment and it was actually bigger than we thought by expecting from the photos.
For a person with leg injury or elderly, the stairs may be challenging, but for normal people it should be not a problem.

We spent 8 wonderful nights in the apartment [...] Rue du Cygne in Paris.
The [vacation rental] lived up to all our expectations in regards to its location and atmosphere. Although situated close to a number of adult stores we at no time felt uncomfortable. The proximity to Rue
Montorgueil was perfect for wandering down in the mornings to buy pastries to enjoy back on the terrace with coffee at the vacation rental. La Maison Stohrer is a must for the most amazing pastries. We also purchased food from them for a picnic one evening along the river bank which was all delicious.
Rue Montorgueil is also a great spot for buying fresh food from the markets to cook dinner at night.
We spent a number of sunny afternoons with aperitifs on the terrace or enjoying dinner on the evenings we weren't eating out.
The apartment was cosy but no problem when spending time with the one that you love. The only other thing that we would say is there are a lot of steep narrow stairs up to the apartment to be conquered several times a day but as long as you are relatively fit and stable on your feet these are good exercise for working off the food and champagne!
The owners were very welcoming and had provided a booklet of restaurants, shopping and helpful hints which was invaluable.
We also had great service from [our agent] at NYHabitat which made the whole experience so easy and reassuring and look forward to using them again.
Overall this apartment was very hard to leave and enriched our time during this trip to Paris. We will definitely be back for the next visit. |

RER, and close to many of the museums. I would definitely stay here again, and in fact can't wait to return to Paris. |

We loved this appartment. It was a perfect little nest for 2. Much cheaper and 10 times more charm than a middle of the road hotel. We made a fantastic choice in our eyes to go with [a vacation rental] rather than a hotel room. It was 15 min walk from The Louvre, 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station
and 50mtrs walk from a small supermarket which was just perfect for our
needs. Our landlord and his wife were incredibly helpful, supplying us not
only with heaps of local information but also a lovely little package of a
bottle of wine, orange juice, milk and coffee to start us off. We would stay
at this appartment time and again. |

Review of PA 2590- This vacation rental was perfect for our weeklong stay. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and watching the world go by, and the location meant that great food stores were around the corner and all major sites were within walking distance. When we chose to go far afield, the central location meant every district could be reached quickly. The Host was also lovely, the
apartment well stocked and clean. It is in a slightly "gritty" area, but we felt quite safe even coming home at Midnight. We will stay here again. |

There is a huge closet where we were able to hang our clothes and keep our suitcases. The owner was very nice and helpful providing a list of nearby restaurants and was available by phone or email to ask questions during our stay. We were very pleased with the apartment. |

Very nice [Paris] apartment up under the roof, two balconies and great views of the skyline, an eglise behind, a glimpse of St. Jean and Le Centre Pompidou. [Accommodation owner] a pleasure to work with. vacation rental charming, clean, comfortable. The neighborhood great, mostly French and North African, no tourists other than the two of us in evidence. Good places to eat, suggested by [owner]. Good Metro connections very close. We spent the week walking Paris, mostly from the apartment. High marks, though the 5 floor walkup isn't for everyone. |

The vacation rental has everything necessary, is very luminous and very well placed for all transports and the most interesting sites to visit. The owner is very nice and offers you a lot of information about the city. The terrace has an agreeable sight to a church and is very adapted to eat or to have dinner if it does not rain. For all the apartment is totally advisable for a couple. The only one inconvenience is that the staircase is narrow and there are five floors. If we return to Paris we will repeat this apartment to sleep. Thank you for all your work and I hope that these commentaries are useful to other persons. |

The apartment was great. It was exactly like the photographs that we saw in advance. It was very clean and neat and the landlord went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. A lot of nice little touches (he left us orange juice, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine!). He also has set up the vacation rental so that it is very "tourist friendly" --- including lots of books and maps of Paris and CDs of French music to listen to in the evening!
The area was very quiet at night and a very short walk to all of the sites we wanted to see.
We were very happy with our experience. I would recommend NYhabitat to anyone going to Paris or London. We will definitely use your agency the next time we go abroad and would definitely consider staying in the same apartment.

[The owner] is a wonderful host and very thoughtful too, from leaving a
well-furnished vacation rental for our use including a music system and tv and all the usual homely appliances down to a vase of flowers picked personally himself for that extra romantic touch.
I shall certainly be recommending NYHabitat to others and shall be returning myself in the near future. |
