A cosy studio just steps from the Ile de la Cité.
|
Situated on one a quay of the fifth arrondissement, that has one of the most exquisite view on the river the Seine and the Notre Dame
cathedral. A few steps away from famous rue de Bièvre, where President Mittérand use to live, very close to the small pedestrians streets of the Quartier Latin. In addition to the number of restaurants, nice pubs, and cafes, downhill is the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air market, with all their fresh French bread and pastries, choice fruits, vegetables, cheese, and seafood. All around there are many other fine stores, other selected restaurants, and supermarkets.
This 21m² studio is located on the first French floor of a building facing the Seine. The building has an elevator, as well as a digicode system and an intercom.
When you enter the apartment you are in the living room with it's open kitchen.
The living room is furnished with a yellow sofa bed, a closet, a small dining table and a TV. The window overlooks a quiet courtyard.
In the mezzanine above the bathroom you will find a mattress.
At the entrance to your right you have the kitchen. It is equipped with a microwave, a fridge and 2 electrics burners.
The bathroom is in a little room below the mezzanine. It is equipped with a shower, a sink and a washer.
