A studio apartment near the Arc de Triomphe

Neighborhood:
Located near Bd Malesherbes, this studio is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is very lively, with many shops and restaurants Rue de Courcelles and Rue Poncelet with its open market. In a short walking distance are the famous Parc Monceau and the Champs Elysées.
Premises
The studio apartment is situated on the top floor (6th) of a Haussmann building with a concierge and has an armored door. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode and opens into a hall then a courtyard.
This 12 m² (approx. 130sq.ft.) apartment is small but convenient due to its location. It has a parquet floor and a double-glazed velux with a view on a courtyard.
The 9 m² (approx. 95sq.ft.) living/sleeping room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a little dining table with folding stools and built in closets. There is also a cable TV.
The open kitchen has a small fridge, two electric burners topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a sink, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. It is small but well arranged and equipped with a washing machine.
The bathroom is tiled in white. It includes a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower and a toilet.
Wireless internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
The nearest metro station is Courcelles (line 2).
