A studio with a wonderful point of view above the Paris's roof
|
The fashionable Boulevard St Germain begins on the historic Pont de Sully, one of the bridges linking the Seine River banks, crossing the delightful Ile Saint Louis. In a very short distance is the Pantheon containing the remains of many great French men, a typical Mosque, and the biggest University of Paris, Jussieu. In all this area many services and entertainment options are offered - nice restaurants and cafes, diverse sorts of shops, fine bakeries and supermarkets.
This apartment is located in a nice building protected by a security system, and a concierge. It's situated on the 7th French floor (last floor). An elevator goes up to the 6th floor, and after a wooden staircase leads to this studio.
Most of the walls of this 20m2 studio are painted in white; the floor has typical Parisian old fashion style tiles (tommette) and a large red rug.
The bright living/sleeping area is furnished with a double size bed, a rectangular dinning table with 3 chairs, an armchair, an old TV upon a decorative fireplace and a bookshelf with a stereo. The two windows face the street and give a wonderful point of view above the Paris' roofs. There are also white built-in closets and a microwave oven.
Another original characteristic of this apartment is that both the kitchenette and the bathroom are separated from the main room by nice off-white closet doors.
The kitchenette is equipped with two electric burners, a steel sink, and a small refrigerator. In the small separated bathroom, there is a shower, a toilet and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. A revetment in cork protects the walls and there is a tiled floor.
This apartment will charm its visitors by its view and its exquisite location.
The closest Subway station is Maubert Mutualité (line 10)
