This furnished studio apartment is located on Boulevard Saint- Germain between Rue Saint-Jacques and Rue Lagrange.

The fashionable Boulevard St Germain begins on the historic Pont de Sully, one of the bridges linking the Seine River banks and crossing the delightful Ile Saint Louis. The Pantheon, which contains the remains of many great French men is close by, as are a well-known Mosque and the biggest University of Paris, Jussieu. Many services and entertainment options are offered in the area - nice restaurants and cafes, diverse sorts of shops, fine bakeries and supermarkets.

Premises:

This 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the seventh floor of a Haussmanian building with elevator.

The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor.
Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with elevator and staircase.

The entrance door opens into the main room. It has two windows with northern/eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a desk and a chair, some shelves, a TV, a stereo and a decorative fireplace.

The kitchen is small. It is equipped with two electric plates, an oven, a refrigerator and a kettle.

The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.

Heat and hot water are both electric.

 The area was safe and [we had a] beautiful view of Notre Dame church from our own window.
We were very happy the time we stayed in the apartment we rented from you in Paris. The location was excellent and the owner received us very kindly, he was a sweetheart also to us. We had the Metro at the door of the vacation rental so this made our stay more comfortable as well. A great market of homemade [items] was next [door] and one block away we had another supermarket. The area was safe and [we had a] beautiful view of Notre Dame church from our own window. We hope we have the opportunity to go back very soon as we plan, and to get to stay in the same apartment!

The owner of the vacation rental was really easy and pleasant to deal with. He kindly gave me directions on catching the bus from the train station to the apartment when I first arrived, and met me at there to hand over the keys. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone travelling by themselves in Paris.
