This one-bedroom apartment is located in a small street in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's Left Bank, here also are number of selected restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American writers. Just beside is the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market) and a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere with its open-air market. The neighborhood is also very famous for its refined art galleries and designers' fashion shops. Finally it is at a walking distance from the Ile de la Cité and the Ile Saint Louis.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a recessed building from the 17th century. The apartment has a western exposure. It has a digicode security system as well as a concierge.

The layout is as followed.
The entrance door opens on a hall, which leads to the kitchen by the left and straight ahead to the living room. In the living room, a door gives an access to the bedroom.

The kitchen has white walls, dark tiled floor and a matching black worktop. The bay window faces the courtyard.
It is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a laundry machine. There are all necessary utensils in the shelves and in the different cabinets.
