A cozy one-bedroom apartment near the famous St Germain Area
|
This one-bedroom apartment is located in the very exclusive part of the 6th arrondissement and St Germain des Près. Few steps away from the Palais du Luxembourg and its gardens, St Sulpice and St Germain with their restaurants, cafes and trendy shops.
The Montparnasse Area is also at only two metro stations.
The neighborhood has all the shops and services. An open market is also in a very short distance with the daily open market of Rue de Bucci.
The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. A double digicode security system protects the main entrance gate and there is a concierge as well. The apartment faces the courtyard and has a western exposure.
The entry door opens directly on the open-kitchen and the living room. On the right a door leads to the bedroom. The bathroom is accessible thru the bedroom.
The living room has a parquet floor and white painted walls. The window overlooks the courtyard and has white curtains. This room is welcoming; the decorative items underline this impression. It is furnished with a double sofa bed and a table with the cable TV.
The open kitchen has a grey tiled floor and white painted walls with a parquet part over the worktop and burners. There is a wooden aspect bar with its four matching chairs. It is equipped with an electric traditional oven, four vitro-ceramic burners, a refrigerator with its freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a laundry machine. The cooking appliances and the dishes are in the white closets above the worktop.
The bedroom keeps the same spirit as the living room with its white walls and its wooden floor. The window opens on the calm courtyard and has white curtains as well. It is furnished with a double size bed lighted by two spotlights and some built-in shelves and closets. It is both agreeable and comfortable.
The bathroom is totally tiled, the floor in a discreet blue and the walls in white. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with handheld showerhead and a toilet. There is also a large built-in closet in this room.
High speed Internet access is available.
This apartment has a real charm. The tenants will appreciate the selected neighborhood.
The nearest metro station Saint Placide (line 4).
Smokers and Pets are not welcomed.
The heating and water-heater are individual and electric.
