A studioapartment close to the Opera Garnier and the Place Vendôme

Neighborhood: Only a short walk from the apartment is the Place Vendôme with its beautiful Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, and the National Library. Large department stores are within minutes walking distance, and many of the major "haute couture" shops, and luxury boutiques are found on the nearby streets of the Champs Elysees.
Premises: This apartment is located in a well-maintained building with a security system, an intercom and a concierge. It's situated on the (top) 6th floor (7th floor in the USA). One reaches the apartment using an elevator to the 5th floor, and then via a staircase one floor to the top.
This apartment is decorated stylishly with contemporary taste.
The entrance door opens directly into the living / sleeping room with its open-kitchen. On the left isn a recessed door which leads to the bathroom.
The bright living/sleeping area is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a round coffee table, a design armchair with a wooden closet. This apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, that is connected to the cable, a DVD player and a stereo. Two double-glazed windows face the street.
The open-kitchen is stylish in same spirit as the living room. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a designer steel sink, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a toaster. There is also a laundry machine.
In the small separated bathroom, there is a shower, a toilet, a designer washbasin and mirror.
High speed internet access is available.
This apartment will charm its visitors by its view and its exquisite location.
The closest metro station is 4 septembre (Line 3)
Heat and hot water are both individual and electric.
Smoking is permitted but pets are not.
