Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment has an exquisite view of the Seine and Notre Dame and is very close to the small pedestrian streets of the Quartier Latin in Paris. In addition to lots of restaurants, nice pubs, and cafes, downhill is the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air market, with fresh French bread and pastries, choice fruits, vegetables, cheese, and seafood. All around this accommodation are many other fine stores, other select restaurants, and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 25m˛ (approx. 265 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly onto the living/sleeping area. The open kitchen is accessed from stairs in the living room. The bathroom is located behind the kitchen.
The living room has a window overlooking the street and offers a nice view of the Seine banks and Notre Dame. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a combo cable TV/DVD player and a dining table.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a toaster and a coffee maker. There is also a washing machine.
The white tiled bathroom has a window, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Saint Michel (line 4, RER B,C).
