One-bedroom apartment near Place de l'Etoile

This furnished apartment is located in an upscale area just five minutes walking distance from the famous Place de l'Etoile, named for its star design and with the glorious Arc de Triomphe in the center. One of the five branches of the design is the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysees. It is surrounded by fashionable streets, luxurious shops, traditional to sophisticated restaurants, trendy cafes and nightclubs, and other services. There are a number of cultural and entertainment options, open-air markets, and supermarkets near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment, renovated in 2007, is located on the second floor of a 1900s walk-up building. The main entrance door is protected by a coded security system.
Layout:
The apartment entrance opens into a hall, which leads to the separate toilet and the bedroom on the right, the bathroom straight ahead, and, to the left, the living room and the open kitchen.
The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed window with curtains overlooking the street and has a northeast exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a folding dining table with chairs, cupboards, bookshelves and a cable TV.
The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. It is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a microwave/oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a dryer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with curtains and shutters opening onto a courtyard and has a southwest exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, a cabinet with mirrored sliding doors, bookshelves and a combo flat screen TV/DVD player on the wall.
The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.
The apartment is equipped with a high-speed cable Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available).
Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro stations are Ternes (line 6), and Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1,2,6, and the RER A).
