A one bedroom apartment in the Passy Area

Neighborhood:
This one-bedroom apartment is located in the 16th Arrondisement, on Rue Bois le Vent, between Boulainvillier and Rue Mozart. This residential area has maintained its Parisian charm. Close by are lots of small food stores. It's a fifteen-minute walk to the Bois de Bologne.
Premises:
The 42m2 (420sq.ft.) apartment with 3m ( 10ft.) ceilings is on the ground floor of a building typical of those built in the 1930s. It is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. The rooms have hardwood floors and the walls are painted white. The furniture is eclectic.
Layout:
The living room (22m2) is furnished with a sofa bed (0.90x1.90), an armchair, a coffee table, a glass-topped dining table with four chairs and a shelf for plates and glasses. The room has decorative molding. There is a French window facing south onto the courtyard and a window facing north onto the street.
The bedroom (16m2) has a window facing north onto the street and is furnished with a double bed, a walk-in closet and is equipped with a TV. It has a decorative fireplace with a mirror above it.
The separate kitchen (1,5m2) is fully equipped and has a window facing south into the courtyard. It comes with an electric stove, a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer.
The bathroom (2m2) has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The window faces south onto the courtyard.
Heat and hot water are individually metered.
The closest metro station is La Muette (line 9) and the RER station Boulainvilliers (RER C) is only a minute away from the apartment. Both, metro line 9 and the RER C offer an easy access to all parts of the city.
