Neighborhood: This furnished two bedroom apartment is located on Rue du Grenier Saint Lazare between Rue Saint Martin and Rue de Beaubourg. This apartment is located in the very popular area of the Marais. It is one of Parisian neighborhoods that have preserved almost all of its pre-revolutionary architecture. Close by is the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, Les Halle, and the well-known pedestrian rue des Gravilliers, a residential and commercial street with greengrocers, fishmongers, and lovely restaurants and cafes. A little farther away is the royal Place des Vosges, where one finds the residences of many historic personalities. Also nearby are the Louvre, City Hall, and the Seine River with its enchanting islands. Premises: This 73m² (approx 785 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance door is protected by an intercom. The entrance door opens on a hallway that has a built-in closet and a bathroom. It leads straight ahead to the living room and on the right to the master bedroom. From this room, a double door opens onto a dressing, which leads to the second bedroom with its private bathroom.
