Neighborhood: Neighboring the splendid Luxembourg Gardens, this mostly residential district is part of the Latin Quarter. It is only a few steps from the Pantheon and also nearby is the Sorbonne and Jussieu Universities, and the Seine with its many booksellers. There are numerous restaurants and cafes, a diversity of shops, and other quality conveniences such as the famous rue Mouffetard. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom2 has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a single-size sofa bed, a built-in closet, a stereo, a chair, a decorative fireplace and a bedside table with a lamp. The separate kitchen has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is equipped with three gas burners, an electric burner, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. There is another dining table with four matching chairs. The bathroom has a window, a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, some closets and a washer/dryer combo. There is a separate toilet equipped with a washbasin. The nearest metro station is Luxembourg (RER B). Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
