Neighborhood:
The Champs Elysées is placed among the most picturesque Parisian symbols and considered one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in the world. In one of its extremities is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. On the other extremity are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores.
Premises:
This 165m² (approx. 1,775 sq. ft.) four-bedroom house is a triplex. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate which opens onto a private way; the house is straight ahead.

The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) bedroom1 has a window overlooking the street with a northwestern exposure. It is furnished with a queen bed, two bedside tables, two phones, a built-in closet, a chest of drawers, a flat screen TV and a DVD player.
The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) bedroom2 has also a window overlooking the street with a northwestern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a built-in closet, a chest of drawers, a table, three chairs and some children's toys.
The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) bedroom3 has a window overlooking the street with a northwestern exposure. It is furnished with two single-size beds, two bedside tables, two built-in closets, two desks, two chairs and some children's toys.
The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) bedroom4 also has a window overlooking the street with a northwestern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a built-in closet, a phone, a desk, a computer, a chest of drawers, two shelves and two chairs.
The separate kitchen has a French window which overlooks the private garden. It is equipped with five gas burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.
Bathroom1 has a window and is equipped with a shower, a toilet, some closets and two washbasins.
Bathroom2 has a window, a bathtub and showerhead, a toilet, a washbasin and some closets.
Bathroom3 is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.
There is a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner and an iron with an ironing board.
The nearest metro station is Etoile (L1,2,6, RER A).
Heat and hot water use collective heating but there is also electric heating in the bathrooms.
