One-bedroom apartment in the Republique area

Neighborhood:
This apartment is in a convenient central location. On one side, just a few steps away, is the oldest square in Paris, the Royal Place des Vosges, with its harmonious arcades surrounding the square. Also nearby is Bastille Place, a symbol of the French Republic, and on the other side is the Republique Place. This neighborhood has numerous choices of restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops.
Premises:
This 24mē (approx. 250 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of a 19th century building equipped with an elevator. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen, leading to the bathroom and the bedroom to the right.
The 11mē (approx. 115 sq. ft.) living room has one window overlooking the courtyard with a northwestern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a console with a TV, a dining table with six chairs and a small walk-in closet.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and an electric coffee maker.
The 5mē (approx. 50 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard with a northeastern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a closet and a design style lamp
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Filles du calvaire (L8).
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
