Neighborhood:
Located between Rue de Bretagne and rue du Forez, this spacious studio apartment has been recently refurbished. It is located in a charming area with old buildings and hotels particuliers. The apartment is between the Oberkampf area and the Marais with many trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has lots of facilities and services and it overflows with artist galleries and design shops, food shops and a bio market. In short walking distance are the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum and the Place de la Republique.
Premises:
This 26m² (approx. 275 sq. ft.) studio apartment with a southeastern exposure is located on the first floor of a 16th century walk-up building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate.
Layout:
The entrance door opens to stairs that lead to the bathroom with a toilet; to the left are the living room and open kitchen.
The 23m² (approx. 245 sq. ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a single-size sofa bed, a queen-size bed, a coffee table, a bedside table, a built-in closet, a chest of drawers and a console with a stereo, a DVD player and a cable flat screen TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The nearest metro station is Filles du calvaire (L8).
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
