This one-bedroom apartment is located on a small, select, bustling street in Saint Germain des Près. One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's Left Bank, there are a number of select restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American writers. Just beside this is the new Marché Saint Germain (fashion market) and a few steps away the rue de Buci features a special atmosphere with its open-air market. The neighborhood is also very famous for its refined art galleries and designer fashion shops. Finally, it is walking distance to the Ile de la Cité and the Ile Saint Louis.

There are built-in closets and a chest of drawers in the hallway.
The nearest metro station is St. Placide (L4).
