One-Bedroom apartment in the heart of the St Germain Area

Neighborhood:
Situated between Boulevard Saint-Germain and Rue de l'Université, this apartment is located in the heart of the Saint-Germain des Prés area. This area is known for its elegant, trendy streets, for stylish fashion shops, a mall, antique shops, art galleries, and sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. Within a short distance is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in this neighborhood are excellent bakeries, select supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open-air market.
Premises:
This 98m² (approx. 1,050 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a building from the 19th century; it has an elevator. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate, which opens onto a corridor; this leads to a nice paved courtyard protected by a concierge. From here, a door leads to the hallway.
The 55m² (approx. 590 sq. ft.) living room has three windows overlooking the courtyard with a northern exposure and exterior shutters. It is furnished with a dining table, a sofa, a double sofa bed, a cable TV, a DVD player, a VCR, a stereo and a decorative fireplace. This room is connected to the Internet.
The kitchen is part of the living room space. It is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners, a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) bedroom has one window facing the street with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a closet, a desk and bookshelves.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a separate shower and a washing machine.
The toilet is separate.
Heat is collective and hot water is gas and individual.
The nearest metro station are Rue du Bac (line 12) and Saint-Germain des Près (line 4).
