Studio apartment located between Opéra and Clichy Place
|
Neighborhood:
This apartment is close to the privileged Madeleine district, a few steps from the Opera Garnier and from the luxurious Place Vendôme, known for its renowned jewelers. Also nearby are important points of interest such as the Louvre, the Seine, Place de la Concorde, and Champs Elysées Avenue. It is also very close to Place Clichy and the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret. The neighborhood is filled with elegant shops, gorgeous restaurants, very nice cafés, and other services; there are also local well-known open-air markets such as the one on Rue de Levis.
Premises:
This small, but well-arranged 19m² (approx. 200 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the sixth and last floor of a Haussmannien style building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system. This opens onto a paved courtyard leading to the building; it has a glass door protected by an intercom.
The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) living room is tastefully decorated in an eclectic style. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a table and an armchair. It is equipped with a small TV and built-in closets. The French door has rolling shutters and curtains and opens onto a balcony overlooking the courtyard with an eastern exposure; it offers a nice view of Paris rooftops.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.
The bathroom contains a washbasin, a shower accessible via a step, and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
The closest metro stations are Europe (line 3) and Saint Lazare (lines 3, 12, 13). The Saint Lazare station also has an express line (14) that goes quickly to Gare de Lyon, Bercy and Bibliothèque Nationale. There are numerous bus lines going nearly everywhere in Paris.
