One-bedroom in the Père Lachaise area
Neighborhood:

Located on Rue Saint Maur in the vivid and fashionable neighborhood of Oberkampf in Paris, this furnished apartment is centrally located with a lot of trendy restaurants and bars in walking distance. This accommodation is also very close to the République area. The many passageways found here give charm to this traditional Parisian district. A little farther away is historic Bastille Place, where the new Opera is considered one of the best in the world.

Premises:

This furnished 27m² (approx. 290 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate opens into a corridor with an intercom and a second door, which leads to the staircase after crossing an exterior corridor.

The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a window with curtains and shutters that overlooks the street. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table for four, some shelves and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a DVD player. There are wood beams in this room .

The open kitchen has a tiled floor and is equipped with two electric plates, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine and a stereo.

The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor with carpeting and a window. It connects to the bathroom and is furnished with a double-size bed, a cupboard on each side of the bed, and a desk.

The tiled bathroom has a window and is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette and some small shelves.

Internet access is available.

Heat and hot water are electric and individual.

For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Rue Saint Maur (line 3), Saint Ambroise (line 9) or Père Lachaise (line 2,3).
