This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Desbordes Valmore between Rue Nicolo and Rue de la Tour.
It is located on a calm strictly residential street situated in one of the most selected areas of Paris, very close to the Trocadero Place and esplanade which offers the best view of the unique Tour Eiffel built more than 100 years ago on the beautiful Champs de Mars.
The majestic Arc de Triomphe placed in the middle of the famous Place de l'Etoile is in a short distance. It has a remarkable alignment with the Obelisk situated Place de la Concorde, the Carroussel and the Pyramide du Louvre on one side, and the Arche de la Defense on the other side. In the vicinity diverse sorts of fashionable shops, fine restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of services are easily found, as well as the Passy mall and a theater.
Premises:
This 28m˛ (approx 300 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 1980 building with elevator. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a second gate protected by an intercom leads to the elevator and staircase.
The entrance door opens into a hall, which links the separate bathroom , the living room and its open kitchen.
The 18m˛ (approx 190 sq ft) living room has a French window, which opens onto a balcony. This balcony has a northwestern exposure and overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a coffee table and two chairs.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers surmounted by a flat screen TV, a small dining table and two armchairs, a closet and some decorative items.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine.
The separate bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both collective.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is La Muette (line 9).
