This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Yvonne le Tac between Rue des Martyrs and Rue Chappe.
The apartment is located on a little street just a few meters from the Funicular. Another way to reach the Basilica is to walk for a few minutes through the park to the top of the Sacred Heart. Montmartre is an inseparable district from art; at the end of the 19th century the area was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintains its physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, especially from the monumental Sacre-Coeur Basilica. One of Paris' most picturesque squares is the Place des Abbesses with its original Art Nouveau metro station. There are all sorts of essential shops and services near this accommodation, such as the picturesque fruit and vegetable market situated on Rue Lepic.

This 27mē (approx 290 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of an 1800 walk up building.
The entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall, which leads to the staircase.
The apartment entrance door opens into a hall, which links the bathroom, the living room and its open kitchen. The bedroom is accessible by the living room.
The 13mē (approx 140 sq ft) living room has a window with north-eastern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs, a desk and a chair.
The open kitchen has two vitro-ceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a combo grill/microwave, a refrigerator and a kettle. There is also a dishwasher.
The 8mē (approx 85 sq ft) bedroom has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed and a bedside table, a closet and a console surmounted by a TV.
The bathroom has a window, a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a washing machine.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Abesses (line 2).
