Neighborhood: This furnished two-bedroom apartment is situated on Rue Pierre Nicole between Boulevard de Port-Royal and Rue Saint-Jacques. Neighboring the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this mostly residential street is part of the "Quartier Latin", one of the most youthful areas of Paris. It is a few steps from the Pantheon, which is among the most important Parisian points of interest. It is furnished with two single size beds, which can be used as a queen size bed, a large closet and a desk and a chair. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four gas burners and an electric barbecue grill with lava stones topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also an eat-in-kitchen area with two stools. The main bathroom has a window, a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet with washbasin. Heat and hot water are both collective.
