This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de la Butte Aux Cailles between Rue Buot and Passage Boiton.
The area around the Place d'Italie is typically Parisian. There are two particularly interesting local points of interest nearby. The first, the rue de Gobelins, is a street where King Louis XIV created the manufacturing of Royal Crown furniture in 1667. It is still producing very high quality tapestries. The second is avenue Choisy, which is one of the boundaries of Paris' Chinatown. A few metro stops away is the Seine River, the Place de Bastille, and the Quartier Latin. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, and convenience shops in the area as well.
Premises:
This 30mē (approx 320 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 1940 building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall where is the apartment's entrance.
The entrance door opens into the kitchen, which leads to the main room. A ladder leads to a mezzanine arranged as an office area.
The 22mē (approx 235 sq ft) living room has two windows with southern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a dining table with chairs, an armchair, a coffee table, a closet, a single size mattress put on the floor and a single size bed. There is also a console surmounted by a TV.
The office area has a 1 m ((approx 3.2 ft)-high ceiling and is furnished with shelves.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and oven, a coffee maker and a kettle.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Corvisart (line 6).
