Neighborhood: This furnished four-bedroom apartment is located on Rue Brochant between Rue Nollet and Rue Lemercier. Mostly residential this calm street is part of a cosmopolitan area close to the busy Place de Clichy and its famous seafood restaurants, cafes, several cinemas, diverse sorts of shops, as well as an organic open air market that is open every Saturday morning. It is also not far from the very large and unique Saint Ouen flea market, which is open every weekend from Friday to Monday. The Champs Elysées, the Seine River, and the Opera Garnier are 5 metro stops away. Premises: This 140m2 (approx 1.500 sq ft) four-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a XXth century building with elevator. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with elevator and staircase. A washing machine and a dryer are located in a closet in the hall. Near the entrance is a staircase, which leads to the 140m2 (approx 1.500 sq ft) terrace.
